Best massage I've ever had!!!! And with my neck and back surgeries I have had a lot!

My only issue is that nothing told me that the actual storefront was closed at my selected time. So I got dropped off by my Uber 10 min early and had to wait outside in the dark and cold before someone got there right at my scheduled time. Maybe put a note on reservation times, because it was honestly a little scary. Other than that they did a great job and my back felt amazing afterwards!

Had a couples thai massage on Saturday, every time I wonder to myself why I wait so long. These ladies are beyond talented. If you’re stuggling with pain and can’t find relief, Naree massage is the way to heal!

Had a most healing experience with Sapha, who really listened, but also treated me using her own skills and knowledge, not just doing “what the customer says.” My chronic lower back pain is gone.  Even though it was my neck and shoulders needing treatment, she focused on the whole body and I ended up feeling lighter overall and in no pain! I’m so grateful for her expertise.

The best deep tissue you will find in this part of the state, she will really work your muscles to truly relieve pain, although it’s painful at first, she goes at a pace you can handle. Healing is the goal

An amazing experience!

Immediately, I could see that Sapha knew her stuff. She asked great questions and made me feel comfortable right away. Sapha appears to be a petite petson, though she is deceptively strong. She knows exactly where and how to apply the right pressure and my pain quickly melted away. I never experienced this kind of massage before. Sapha is so throrough and skilled.  Now I don't know how I would ever miss it.

The ladies were so welcoming from the time we walked in the door. The massages were unlike any other massage I’ve ever had in my life. I took my mom in for one as well and they did a fantastic job. Sapha does an exceptional job! I am in Redding temporarily on a work contract, and have been having back pain for some time. I have had 3- 90 minute deep tissue massages, and have not felt this good in quite some time. Very professional, clean and safe!  One of the best massage I have had.  I have very strong legs and she was able to get out all of the knots out.

Her accent is thick over the phone but her English is fantastic. You can coordinate all appointments via text and she works really hard to make sure you're scheduled and you don't forget your appointment. This is great because her massages are at a medicinal level! If you're truly suffering, she knows every pressure point to release the tension and free your locked up stiffness. She's more than a massage therapist. She's a true Thai massage.  Her knowledge of anatomy and ability to heal you by creating a plan specifically for you is unmatched.

If you've been struggling with true pain, and have tried everything, this shop is for you!

Oh my God. If you want a massage that will ROCK YOUR WORLD, go here and get it done by Sapha, the owner. She is the first message therapist that has been able to GET IN THERE as much as she did. Like, I could tell she really put her ALL into that massage. She walked on me, used her knees, stretched my limbs all over the place, like she wasn’t playing around. I’m definitely coming back when I need something that deep again!!

The ladies at Naree massage were amazing! The best massages we’ve ever had. They were able to get us in the day I called, extremely  attentive and asked us the right questions to give us what we were looking for. My husband pulled a muscle in his back and needed deep tissue and I was looking for a more relaxing massage. They were able to deliver with both! Will definitely be going back soon!

If you need a real massage this is the place for you, im telling you if you ask for a deep massage you will get a DEEP massage. The ladies are so kind and i have no idea how so much strength fits in that little lady but she is awesome! I’ve have referred my parents, my sister, boyfriend and they have all loved it. If you have back pain or any kind of pain SHE WILL FIX YOU. You come out of there feeling like you are floating. You be feeling brand new.

My husband wanted to find us a couples massage for Valentine’s Day. He called day of and they fit us in. Wow! We were in separate rooms but the space was clean and comfortable. They were both  excellent masseuses! We will be back.

I went in for a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. She remedied the pinched nerve I was dealing with and worked out a ton of knots. She was friendly, the place was very clean and the bottle of cold water she gave me on the way out leaves me with owing a 5-star review.

This was my first time having a Thai massage and attending Naree Massage & Spa. This was really a great experience. I came in feeling tight and stiff due to work and stress. I’ve been to Naree twice and benefitted greatly from Sapha’s Thai deep tissue massage. She was very careful to check in with me about pressure and also paid great attention to the problems my body was having in order to help find ways to incorporate the right healing movements and gentle stretches in order to help get things back into alignment. Highly recommend this although be prepared for something more intense than traditional deep tissue Swedish and you may want to ask for lighter pressure to start with and see how your body reacts. The stretching portions of the therapeutic Massage are like someone helping you do yoga while you relax and my body gently lets the joints loosen into the right places from the movements. A new experience, and I  highly recommend. Good to check with your doctor and do some research  if you have any serious health issues as it is quite intense!

At my first massage with Sapha, my body told me to continue to see her every 4 weeks. I’m getting ready to go in for my 3rd session. She is strong, intuitive, respectful and her massages are magical. I don’t have any injuries, and I go to keep it that way. She is very knowledgeable about the body and her setting is relaxing and peaceful. HIGHLY recommend.

Best massage I have EVER had!  Have been seeing her for about a year now.  I have disc herniations and many muscle knots and Sapha was able to provide me with more relief than I have ever received from massage therapy.  I will not waste my money by going to anyone else (however have heard her fellow therapists are great also) HIGHLY recommend!

I came in to get a massage and was in so much pain. I had a very stiff neck and my back and shoulder were in so much pain. Naree was so kind and compassionate.
